The event commenced at 10:30 AM, with more than 80 individuals, a harmonious blend of in-person attendees and virtual participants, joining the celebration. The occasion marked not only half a decade of C-Park’s impactful journey but also the stories of transformation it had achieved.
The event’s dynamic host infused an air of vivacity, ensuring the proceedings remained engaging and captivating throughout the day. The curtain was raised with an inaugural speech by the youngest volunteer of C-Park. This speech set the tone for the day, underlining the essence of empathy and the power of collective efforts in fostering change. In a gracious display of appreciation, the distinguished guests were bestowed with elegant shawls by the trustees of C-Park, Mr. Lawrence and Mrs. Sharemi. The solemnity of the event was enhanced by a prayer led by Rev. Fr. Dr. Peter Thumma, who gracefully shared his insights on making the world a better place. Adding an element of excitement, C-Park’s anniversary contest, centered around the theme of “How Well Do You Know Emotions?” brought an air of healthy competition. The foundation of the contest rested upon a series of questionnaires crafted by Ms. Sylvia, one of the C-Park’s enthusiastic volunteers. Father William announced the winners, with Ms. Priya winning the first prize, followed by Ryan Roy in second place. The third prize was shared by Chazhoor Vineetha Vincent and Angelin Tanya. This contest not only showcased the participants’ knowledge but also contributed to the overall spirit of learning and growth.
