This is us – Travelling the path of True Happiness
A recent story this author read online will be apt enough to explain what we are doing through C-Park.
Here goes the story…
Once, a speaker was addressing a group of 50. The topic under discussion was Finding Happiness. In the middle of the speech, the speaker stopped talking and invited the group for an activity. He distributed single-coloured balloons to everyone and asked them all to blow it, and write their name on it using a marker. Later he collected all the balloons and dropped them all on to the floor of another room.
He then let all the delegates in to the other room and asked them to pick up the balloon with their name and return to their seats. There was collision and confusion in the room and after a 5 minutes chaos no one were able to find their own balloon. People laughed to themselves of not able to find their own balloons. The speaker now announced a quick change of action and asked everyone to pick a random balloon and hand it to the right person whose name was written on it.
What a wonder, within 5 minutes everyone of the group had their own balloon in their hands. Now, the speaker explained – this is what is happening in our life. We sometimes madly look for happiness all around us not knowing where to look for it. We rarely realize that giving happiness to others is what brings true happiness to oneself.
This is the purpose of human life. And this is the purpose C-Park has chosen to do to you, hoping that you’ll do something to bring happiness to someone in return.
